Coaches

At Vic Cric this is arguably the most important aspect of our business: without the right people coaching we fail in our philosophies, aims & goals.

We hire quality coaches of the highest calibre…in terms of their communication, sensitivity & positive energy. Cricket skills are of course very important but not the highest priority.

N.B. The ratio of students to coach should be kept at around 1:8 to 1:10.

All coaches are qualifed to teach cricket, footy and soccer skills to junior players.

Another important aspect of well co-ordinated clinics is for the coaching staff to have knowledge of each weeks activities and to be consistent in their application. To this end Vic Cric has devised a Coaching Manual which clearly sets out:
